Gemma Murphy is the founder and director of ViewHR, a HR and Employment Law Consultancy supporting 100s of organisations around the country. Gemma is a former specialist employment solicitor and experienced business leader. She has extensive experience in dealing with both day-to-day HR matters through to complex employment issues and strategic development, within a broad range of organisations. This brings an extra dynamic to her delivery and methodology as an HR Consultant.

Adam White of Davies White



Adam is a Fellow and the 43rd President of the ‘Royal Chartered’ Landscape Institute. Along with landscape architect Andrèe Davies, they established Davies White Ltd in 2008. They are Double RHS Gold Medal, Double People’s Choice Award and RHS Best in Show winning landscape architects. Adam is a Member of the Garden Media Guild and design member of BALI. Originally from Warrington in Cheshire. He has worked in Manchester, Barnsley, Lincolnshire & London. Adam was made a Fellow in 2012 for his services to ‘children’s health & well being’.

During 2018 and 2019 Adam & Andrèe designed four RHS #BackToNature gardens with HRH the Duchess of Cambridge to help reconnect families with nature.

Also in 2019 Adam began working with Sir David Attenborough’s and at the #LIAwards he presented Sir David with a LI lifetime achievement Medal and made him an Honorary Landscape Architect. Adam writes a monthly column in Pro Landscaper Magazine. 

He has extensive experience in landscape architectural design and contract administration whilst delivering community engaged capital projects. He is fully DBC checked and regularly runs design and model making workshops in both Primary & Secondary Schools.

A Green Flag Judge, National Design Award Judge, Pathway to Chartership Mentor & Design Ambassador for the Homes & Communities Academy are just a few of his past roles through which he promoted Landscape Architecture.

He has been a design workshop coordinator at sessions in the USA, Japan and Germany. He has been visiting lecturer at Kosice Botanical Gardens in Slovakia where he has highlighted the importance of public space for children’s health & well being.

Ewan has a passion for landscape that began more than 25 years ago when he set up a design and build company operating in London and the southeast.  Since then, he has worked as a landscape architect at Arup, the London Borough of Newham and also freelance.  He now oversees the design and delivery of public realm on urban regeneration projects as a development manager for global development, construction and investment company, Lendlease. 


Ewan has worked on landscape projects at every scale from private gardens to large scale schemes including the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Thames Tideway Tunnels and most recently, the mixed-use Elephant Park development.


With a keen interest in green infrastructure, Ewan passionately believes that the landscape industry holds the key to building healthy, liveable places that help tackle the environmental issues of our time.

Jonathan’s career began in Ealing in 1980, and after senior roles in the public, charitable and commercial sectors, he became an independent consultant in October 2011.  Drawing upon 40 years of experience, Jonathan offers pragmatic advice on a broad range of tree-related topics to a wide customer base.

Instructions have ranged from individual tree inspections to enterprise wide tree surveys, hazard assessments and health and safety advice.  

Jonathan writes tender documents and method statements, and carries out tree surveys and impact assessments. He’s the Tree Officer for two local authorities and the Tree Safety Officer for a local school.

Managing Director of Frosts Landscape Construction, Ken White has led his business through a restructure and rebrand following a management buyout in 2018.

Having worked in horticulture for over thirty years, Ken is incredibly passionate about landscaping and is equally passionate about using his skills and experience to help others within the sector. Over recent years Ken has helped a number of businesses bloom through mentoring, and formal peer support. Ken’s social responsibility extends beyond horticulture as Co-Founder and Trustee of the children’s cancer charity Supershoes.

Ken is a Non-Executive Director of the Horticultural Trade Association and sits on the committee as a member for Association of Professional Landscapes, having previously held the position of chairman.
